Vtg Large 14K Gold Diamond Cameo Convertible Pendant Brooch Shell

This beautiful hand carved shell cameo features a diamond styled as a pendant worn by the subject, a woman/right profile. The cameo is housed in a 14K gold mount &amp; octagonal frame; has fold-down loop at the top enabling the cameo to be worn as a pendant or brooch. <br>The cameo is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs that I can see. The safety clasp works, the pin with a slight wavy, a bit wobbly; cameo has appropriate wear for age. Measures approximately 1.75 inches by 1.5 inches. <br>It weights approx. 10.66 grams.
