Outer canvas stamped M.D. U.S.N. Kit includes scalpels, scissors, knives for surgery, blades, and additional instruments for field surgery. The reverse of canvas snap kit reads Olofson PhM.1/c for US Naval Office Elmer Russell Olofson.
The canvas Navy medical field surgical Kit has signs of lightly rusted objects due to aging. Sold as-is.
