Unique, repurposed necktie dress by Joy Digs. This halter dress features a high neck and low back.
Open bust, and adjustable waist up to 17" with tie in back. Length is 53". Best for small to medium sizes. Not completed; could use crinoline underneath.
Completely handstitched and includes a Notre Dame and Jerry Garcia tie, as well as many silk ties! She would also look great with some embroidery along the seams.
