Sylvanian Families Vintage Green Roof - House on the Hill - Oakwood Manor. All railings, ladder, windows, front porch lights are all intact, with 3D Printed ‘Modified’ Front Steps as shown. Please refer to all photos as there is a hairline crack along the landing on the second floor (far right) that has been carefully repaired with super glue. There are no gaps and it’s entirely smooth. This house is in beautiful condition considering its age. This house will be packaged securely in a large shipping box with plenty of filler.
