It has a high-low design, is trimmed in brown charmeuse silk, and is high quality and beautiful, pairing nicely with a brown silk blouse or cami. I am listing it as new with defects as there is a bit of dirt on the inside of the skirt from handling in-store, so it does need cleaned.
