Dept 56 "Peppermint Pete’s" #4016904 North Pole Series.
This is in great condition and the top Peppermint wheel DOES spin perfectly without resistance or squeaking. However, the bottom 2 little Peppermint wheels don't spin but I don't know if they are supposed to. The figurine the "Happy Wrapper" that is shown on the front of box is NOT included but the styrofoam box, cardboard outer sleeve, and power adapter (with an extra 12v bulb) are included.
