Both sleeves have many fabric tears or above the sleeve hem seam. Back and front on the 2 sleeve. The tears look like the result of someone's arms being too big for the sleeves.<br>Also on the back part below the neckline and front part near the buttons. <br>Maybe the tears can be altered with some creative stitching or the seam cut and shortened.
