Drawing inspiration from Space Age aesthetics, from the packaging to the timepiece itself, the collaboration puts emphasis on streamlined shapes, innovative materials and a minimalistic palette.<br><br>Dressed in a mirror-finished metal frame, the timepiece features LAX’s Theme Building as a pattern on its backlight — a nod to the iconic structure from the heyday of the Space Age. The dial is reimagined with a grid-like pattern, accented with a red outline that makes the watch face pop. Meanwhile, the strap comes in a translucent materiality and is adorned with dotted red stripes all-around.<br><br>The timepiece comes encased in special box packaging. Echoing the Theme Building motif on the watch face, the very same pattern is also engraved onto the capsule.
