Bought when I was 10 and tried to color its hair with marker, so that’s why the scalp looks like that. Silicone head and limbs has been dusted with baby powder. I’m sure it can come off with some scrubbing, The paint on the toe nails is perfect but some of the paint on the finger nails has rubbed off over time-she comes with the pacifier and all the clothes shown+the blanket. The doll is coming from a smoke free and clean household:)
