Step back in time with this stunning early 1900's antique sterling compact and coin purse combo! Marked "W Sterling 738" by Watrous. It features an opening for powder and spring-loaded slots for coins, and a convenient wrist chain. The interior clip can be used to secure business cards.
The front boasts an etched floral design surrounding a blank cartouche, ready to be personalized. The back showcases scrolled monogrammed lettering. I am unable to decipher the initials.
Condition: All springs, hinges, and closures are intact. This lovely piece is ready for use or display.
Note: There is a small dent on the lower back, but it does not detract from the overall beauty and functionality. The mirror is surprisingly clear and fits loosely in the frame. Opens smoothly to reveal a space for powder.
