14k Gold Cameo Brooch Pendant with Sardonic Shell. 42mm Round Frame. Made in Italy. Vintage.

Shell with frame measures 42mm (1.75 inches round). Brooch pin is 14k white gold with a safety rollover lock. Frame is 14k yellow gold, hinged bail at the top for pendant use. Total weight 8.202gr.

Original stickers are on the back and marked 14k DIV. Brooch is from the business house of Sebastianelli in Torre del Greco, Italy. Pamphlet telling a brief story of cameos included. Sardonic color is brown from King & Queen Helmet Shell from the Caribbean Sea.

No electric tools are used in carving shell cameos; carving is done by hand.
