The Thrive Ability Project offers an inclusive mental health model tailored for persons with disabilities and their support networks.

Services include:

  • Self-Esteem Building Sessions: Confidence development through art therapy, expressive writing, and motivational workshops.

  • Peer Support Groups: Regular group meetings that encourage sharing and mutual emotional support.

  • Family & Parent Circles: Guided support sessions to help families cope with caregiving responsibilities and maintain mental wellness.

  • Professional Counselling: Psychological assessments by qualified professionals.

  • Crisis Response: Emergency intervention and referral services for cases of acute distress, trauma, or abuse.

  • Mindfulness & Stress Relief: Yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness training to improve emotional regulation.
